About H. F. Scruggs Company
Founded in 1931 as Elliott and Scruggs, we were located in downtown Little Rock at 7th and Gaines. In 1941, we moved to present location at 2920 Confederate Blvd. (now Springer Blvd). The company became Scruggs Flour and Feed in 1944. In 1964, Hubert Franklin Scruggs, as proprietor, coined the now H.F. Scruggs Company, Inc.
H. F. Scruggs Company is a distributor of quality bakery supplies. We are a family-owned business rooted in tradition. As a member of the DDA (Dawn Distributors Advantage), we pride ourselves in buying power and extending the best pricing in the industry to our customers. We have a responsibility to our customers. It is of the utmost importance to have a relationship with the people we service, to track purchasing trends on a bigger scale, and to help guide the process through areas like seasonal transitions.

Distribution Area
As a member of the DDA (Dawn Distributors Advantage), we respect and honor divided territory lines with our colleagues. H. F. Scruggs Company services all of Arkansas, the western part of Tennessee, North Mississippi, North Louisiana, the northeastern part of Texas, and the border of Oklahoma to our west.
